POSTERS SESSION

IALB-EUFRAS-SEAN invite you to present and share your research results and work with other rural advisory experts from all over Europe at the 2022 International Conference.
Through the poster session, researchers, students and/or practitioners will be able to present their work related to one of the following topics:
- Useful tools, applications and methodologies for advisory work.
- Continuous training offers for rural advisors and farmers.
- Results of research projects of interest to the agricultural and forestry sector.


Ongoing work, preliminary results and incipient initiatives can be presented, always with the aim of using the poster session as a space for networking and exchange of knowledge that allows the projects and initiatives to be contrasted with other researchers and technicians.


Authors should send the abstract (in English) of their poster to elena.l.colmenero@gmail.com with the subject "ABSTRACT SCIENTIFIC POSTER IALB-EUFRAS-SEAN. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2022" until 31st May 2022 for valitation by the scientific committee.
 

    
Technical requirements:
Once accepted, a digital version of the posters must be sent by email to the address elena.l.colmenero@gmail.com in .jpg or .png format before 10 June for publication in the congress website.


The digital file must be designed in such a way that it can be viewed legibly on a 24 inch (60.92 cm) screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels without scrolling and must be accompanied by a short video of maximum duration 1 min, in mp4 format in English or German explaining the interest of the poster presented.


For printed posters to the poster session, the only accepted size is a single-sided print in A0 format (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high), in a font that can be read from a distance of approximately 1.5-2.0 metres.


Posters must:
- Contain title, author, and contact information.
- Be visually appealing and not overloaded with information
- be written in English/Spanish/German, or bilingual
    
Poster presentation:
The poster session will take place on Friday 24th June from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the entrance hall of the Auditorium of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lugo.
The author of each poster is responsible for its assembly and presentation.


Presenters can start to mount their posters on the assigned board from 8:00 a.m. on the day of the poster session and must remain mounted until 20:00 p.m. on the day of the presentation.
